TCX products are covered by a limited one-year warranty against defects in workmanship or materials. This warranty is extended to the original purchaser and is in effect from the original date of purchase.
All warranty determinations will be made by TCX USA which reserves the right to repair, replace or issue credit for a valid warranty claim.
TCX USA shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages. For warranty claim please contact email@example.com. Provide a picture of the boot, the label inside the boot with lot year and a copy of your receipt or PO number if it is store inventory. Upon receipt of the warranty request a case number will be assigned to your claim. This will help expedite the warranty process. Packages without a case number will be refused.
For Returns or Exchanges non-warranty related:
Please contact the retailer from whom you purchased your TCX footwear from. Each retailer has their own return/exchange policy. Boots being return for exchange or refund will need to be in brand- new, never worn outside, sellable condition. They must have all original packaging including hangtags. If you need additional assistance you may contact TCX USA customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org. All returns must have a Return Authorization number otherwise the package will be refused.
